“ 24 OTTC members shared a great time at Wheel Nuts Bike Shop. The shop was decorated with festive lights and stationed around the shop was platters of food, candy, treats, and coolers full of colas,beer, wine and champagne. For demo was the latest CycleOps Fluid 2 trainer with a bike on it to take a spin, and the 2010 Giro Advantage Tri-Aero helmets to try on. Darryel and Ron presented some raffle prizes from OTTC and Wheel Nuts. Once again many new faces who were very impressed with the friendly welcoming atmosphere of the established members. The evening buzzed with excitement over the upcoming season, sharing race info, ideas for the club & training dates and plans in the near future. Whats so important about the HH's are the ideas generated. This tri-club really has a unique feel than other cycling clubs I've particiapated, the members truly steer the direction. Try tossing out a ride, run or swim on the meetup site and before ya know it folks are joining in! HAPPY NEW YEAR! ”
