“ Trina, Lori, John and I met at Mt. Vernon RECenter for the Wednesday night swim at 6pm. Trina had a great workout planned and made a photocopy of the plan for each of us in a sealed baggie so we could follow the swim easily. "Thanks Trina!" It was 2450 yards that was an aerobic pace workout (means, no panting workout). Each of us went at our own pace and could abbreviate the workout out as much as we wanted based on our level of ability. The water and swim felt great. Afterwards, a couple of us went into the gym for an additional strength training workout on the circuit machines. This really made for an awesome overall workout.
