Kimberly Chace would like to offer a free workout for our members. She does a lot of drills, non-conventional/made-up stuff which increases distance and conditions muscles. The workouts are designed to help with your biking and running using fins and paddles, cuffs and barbells for Resistance Training. She has been doing this for yrs and is an avid swimmer. She can also work on stroke refinement, breathing and spotting techniques. As you know, open water swims are a great difference from pool swims.
After swimming, use a stationary bike or a treadmill if you want to fit in a t1 brick, or use the equipment for a strength training session.
Pay the general admission or use your pass to check in at the desk. The coaching workout is free thanks to Kimberly.
