Swimming is always more fun with others! I'll have a workout of around 2,500 but can modify it for you if you want less or more.
After swimming, use a stationary bike or a treadmill if you want to fit in a t1 brick, or use the equipment for a strength training session.
Pay the general admis. (most expensive), or use your pass to check in at the desk. If it's your first time joining us, please let me know beforehand because 1st visits are on the house.

Hi Lisa, glad you will be able to make it! Can you come in btn. 5:30-5:45? If so, ask for me when you come to the front desk. If you don't think you will be able to get in that soon, let me know. It's not a coached session - I have a workout for people to follow if they want to. That said, we'll happily share pointers that have helped us with form and breathing and can offer other options for stroke development too.
