1 hour interval run. I'll have a warm up/interval set/cool down workout. We'll warm up and cool down on the Mt. Vernon trail. Intervals will be on a wide, flat boulevard we can loop around on.
Meet at Wheel Nuts Bike Shop. You can stow belongings there while we run.
