Announcing a new Meetup for Old Town Tri Club!
What: Speed Work!
When: July 7, 2009 8:00 AM
Where:
OTTC Hang Out
Corner of King and N Peyton Street
Alexandria, VA 22314
We will warm up with a jog to the TC Williams Track. There we will commence as follows:
1200 @ 10k pace
400 jog
4x400 @ 5k pace (60 second recovery between each 400)
400 jog
commence another set with 1200 and 4x400's
Cool down jog back to meet up spot.
