Does anyone want to host a spin class at the Durant Center on either March 4 or 11?

For more clarification:
I plan to attend but have never been to a spin class. I was thinking for those who have bikes with trainers we could use a small stereo and do a spin class. But I don't know how to lead the class. Intervals of spinning fast, to slow, etc... |
